Years 5 & 6 Hyde Park Barracks Excursion 29 July 2022

Dear Parents / Carers

Students in 4/5 Sapphire, 5/6 Amethyst and 5/6 Topaz are invited to attend an excursion to the Hyde Park Barracks, Sydney on Friday 29th July 2022.

This excursion supports our History studies.  Students will investigate the themes of displacement and resilience, through the experiences of convicts, migrants, and aboriginal people.

Students will travel by bus, leaving at 9am and returning by 3pm.

Students will need to bring their food for recess and lunch, be in full school uniform, including a school hat.
